Quesa with Cocoa

Is there a Queeg-like skeleton around which one can construct 
Cocoa-based Quesa programs?  Can Quesa even be used with Cocoa?  I 
assume it most surely can.  I'm quite new to Cocoa but I'm trying to 
convert my expertise as much as possible.
