I can no longer check out from the CVS repository...

Part way through it fails with the following...

- failed to create lock directory for `/cvsroot/quesa/quesa/SDK/ 
Examples/Geom Test/Geom Test.xcodeproj' (/cvsroot/quesa/quesa/SDK/ 
Examples/Geom Test/Geom Test.xcodeproj/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
- failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/cvsroot/quesa/quesa/SDK/ 
Examples/Geom Test/Geom Test.xcodeproj'
- read lock failed - giving up
- The update could not be completed because the CVS server returned  
an error. Check the warnings to see what went wrong.



Any idea what I'm doing wrong ?
