v1.7 Changed Something with Types?

Something changed between d18 and 1.7. The old framework works  
wonderfully but when trying the new one, I'm getting some kind of  
screwy type conflict for TQ3Error. The compiler thinks it's a long  
long int, and I did a big dance with flags to shrink it and force to  
in int and such but nothing is working. The failure is that the  
comparison between the result of Q3Error_Get(nil) and the  
kQ3ErrorNone constant is resulting in that they are different when  
they should be the same.

So this same project that works with the d18 doesn't work now. Any  
ideas what I should do? I didn't see anything in the release notes  
that seemed to apply. (I could be blind - it's been known to happen.)
