I don't think we should keep using "d" version numbers.  That may have 
a stigma of "not ready for prime time" in some people's minds.  Just 
because Quesa is in continuous development doesn't mean it shouldn't be 
used in production.

I also don't see the point of a final 1.6.  Anyone who would use that 
instead of 1.7 (or whatever we call it) should have his or her head 
examined, in my humble opinion.
