Summary: NURBS patch screen space subdivision wrong

Initial Comment:
In Geom Test, choose the NURB Patch test and the crudest screen 
space subdivision.  The subdivision seems to be very fine, at a 
subpixel level.  (In contrast, the NURB curve seems to work OK 
with screen space subdivision.)
