Nope - some of these were added to the old Bugzilla, but I don't think

I believe none of the things on this page were entered into the old
Bugzilla: although some of them may have been fixed since then (that
page predates the old Bugzilla, so the ID numbers don't map to anything
other than that page).

The list of "missing functions" should be logged as bugs if we don't
have them, and the documentation stuff should just probably go to an
errata section within the Quesa book?

Yep. For these things, and in fact the "Most Wanted" list, they should
all get logged in the bug tracker. I.e., if they're not logged, they
don't exist (as far as knowing what problems are goes).
