OK, this should be in place - <http://quesa.sourceforge.net/> will be
updated with the contents of the quesa/Documentation directory once a
day at 00:00 GMT.

That's 14:00 PST, 19:00 EST, and 01:00 CET (give or take an hour
depending on the time of year). If you want to make a change to the web
site from now on, just check it into CVS and it should show up the next
day.
