Summary: Implement edit index objects in 3DMF

Initial Comment:
Certain 3DMF files contain objects of type 'edit' and 4 bytes of data. 
My guess is that this is the value of Q3Shared_GetEditIndex for the 
parent object.  I don't see any QD3D documentation of this.
