Hello, Contributions are highly appreciated. (I guess you forgot to forward to qucs-devel into your previous message). Contributions to the codebase are happening mostly in the form of pull-requests at our GitHub repository [1]. This method gives a chance to discuss and review new features and code changes with the community and developers. Push access to repository is also possible. The barrier is rather low. Just show us your skills with Git and your commitment with a few successful pull-requests. Ask for push access and one of the admins you add you to the team. With respect to the usage of the logo. I frankly don't know. I don't know who created it I don't know if there is a license associated with it. In any case I would assume it is also GPL as the rest of QUCS. I am inclined to say that free to can use it on your Website and training material to indicate your support to QUCS or suitability for the project. Others in this list might know better.
