Hi all-

There's a bug on the qucs website, specifically the 3rd party page at
     http://qucs.sourceforge.net/thirdparty.html

The link <http://osddp.org/node/35>at 'Quite Universal Circuit Simulator 
White Paper by Brian Clearwaters ' has no data and NO host.  It 
literally does not exist !
