[Qucs-help] qucs-0.0.15 for Windows

I loaded Qucs on my Windows 64 bit vista.  The program comes up, but I get
a message saying:  " Cannot create work directory".  It also says that it
"can't save settings" when I exit the program.  But it can save a
schematic.  Can you tell what I'm doing wrong.  I would greatly appreciate
any help.
