hello sir,

 i have got a project to implement a floating gate device into QUCS.   I
investigate the current voltage characteristics of MOSFET into  QUCS. now i
want to implement FGMOSFET in to QUCS  by modifiying the MOSFET by adding a
additional gate. please help me to give some idea/ source, how can i do that
