[Qucs-help] Transient simulation with S-parameters or transmission lines

Hi,

I have tried doing a transient simulation with a single coupled
transmission line and noticed that I do indeed get something out
(exactly the same square wave but smaller in amplitude). Can I indeed
do this kind of thing in Qucs but is driving it the wrong way? I would
imagine that maybe I need to do a frequency sweep for S-parameter
first and then adding it as an n-port device and only then do the
transient simulation.

I am currently investigating FDTD and MoM methods to simulate for
signal integrity etc for PCB layouts.

And another related question: can I somehow dump the S-parameters back
into an SnP file?
