  yet another year is going to end as well as lots of new
developments regarding the Qucs project.  I would like to
thank all the people supporting the effort for their kind
assistance.

  Michael Margraf -- for working hard on the GUI and sharing
    his excellent microwave knowledge

  Vincent Habchi -- for testing the simulator, implementing
    the coplanar line and part of the filter synthesis code,
    also for the French translations

  Raimund Jacob -- for supporting me with my patches during
    my time in Munich and managing the contact with the
    FreeHDL developers, also for the file format documentation

  Thierry Scordilis -- for the "Work Book" idea any many
    tutorials

  Chris Pitcher -- for the first tutorial for Qucs at all

  Claudio Girardi -- for the transcalc application now being
    part of Qucs and for the Italian translations

  Markus Bongard -- for managing the MacOS version

  Marcus D. Hanwell -- for managing the Gentoo package

    package

  Dag-Erling Smorgrav -- for managing the FreeBSD package
