Sure.  The way I see this, the main tasks here are:

* Ability to notify of "noaction" profiles. ---> cdp-listend
* Ability to identify (easily) previously succeeded profiles ---> ncm-ncd
* Ability to run on previously succeded profiles ---> ncm-ncd
* Ability to notify of previous profiles ---> cdp-listend

I'll wait for those issues to be opened to continue the discussion.
