[Quantlib-dev] Freezing the release branch

Hi all,
	I'm about to try and go for the final stretch. Please do not commit on
the QuantLib and QuantLib-SWIG modules of the 0.9.0 release branch
unless you checked with me first. I'll be posting tentative tarballs
shortly.
