[Quantlib-users] C++ .net

I am trying to compile the 'DiscreteHedging.cpp' example with c++ .net.
I have set the NOMINMAX and rtti option.  When I compile I get errors
such as "'black': identifier not found, even with argument-dependent
lookup".   Any ideas greatly appreciated.
