[Quantlib-users] The complie error message

I use the examples of QuantLib. The following error message is "fatal =
error C1083: Cannot open include file:
       'ql/qldefines.hpp':  ". I read the discreption from the web =
http://www.quantlib.org/html/usage.html.
       I can't realize what it says. I am the beginner of C++. Can you =
tell me how to do it?
