Summary: test for libboost_unit_test_framworkXXX

Initial Comment:
"configure --enable-benchmark" tests for existence of libboost_unit_test_framworkXXX for some flavors of XXX but not all.  

Workaround is to edit configure, locate the line that tests for unit_test_framework and add a line that looks for the boost flavor we built (static).
