For example, one version of EuropeanHestonPathPricer::EuropeanHestonPathPricer is DEFINED in the header file ql/PricingEngines/Vanilla/mceuropeanhestonengine.hpp, and it is not a template. There is also a strange problem under Windows when the Dev-Cpp project file is used. When I select "rebuild all" I immediately get the message "Could not create Makefile: "C:\QuantLib-0.3.11\Makefile.win" Invalid filename. Tried this on two machines with the same result.
