[Quantlib-dev] Branch and tarballs for 0.3.11 release

Hi all,
	I just created a CVS branch for the 0.3.11 release; the tag is =20
'R000311f0-branch'. The branch is only open for bug fixes; new features =20
should be committed on the trunk instead and will enter 0.3.12.

Preliminary tarballs are also available at =20
<http://quantlib.org/prerelease/>.

Please export or download the source and check whether you experience =20
any errors.
