Seth,
	you might be our only Borland user...  0.3.10 didn't compile =
cleanly=20
with the Borland free compiler (by the way, is that the one you're=20
using or the commercial one?) and as I hadn't had any news of anyone=20
using it and the release process was taking too much time already, i=20
dropped the makefiles. I'll resurrect them for 0.3.11.
