Initial Comment:
Hi, 

I had promised a while ago that I would send in this
patch so that IndexedCoupon would only be required to
take an Index and not necessarily a Xibor. 

All the changes seem to work in our set up, compiling
with VC 7.1 on windows.

The patch was applied to the code in the cvs repository.
It will be included in next release.
