[Quantlib-dev] 0.3.6 release

Hi all,
	tarballs for the 0.3.6 release (basically 0.3.5 with the  
implied-volatility bug fixed) are available at http://quantlib.org/gm

Since the bug was a serious one, we're releasing the tarballs  
immediately. Unfortunately, this implies that Win32, Debian, Fink and  
RPM packages will lag a few days behind. But I trust this won't be a  
problem.
