[Quantlib-dev] 0.3.4 branch

Hi all,
	I just branched out release 0.3.4. It can be checked out from  
CVS with the tag R000304f0-branch. I'll be uploading candidate tarballs  
shortly.

Until release, any bug-fixes should go on the branch. As usual, new  
developments go on the trunk.
