I am fully aware of this problem. When I was in RiskMap there was an 
automated procedure that  created the DOS Line-ending compliant Windows 
version from the unix source distribution OR checked out its own sources. 
If that procedure is still working would you Luigi please upload all the 
generated files?

If not I cannot use the golden master sources and I'll have to check them 
on my own, which should not be a big problem anyway, since I should be 
checking out the tip of the release branch that is not supposed to change 
frequently
