Hi all

I've committed the updated ChangeLog.txt into the R000300f0-branch of 
QuantLib, QuantLib-Python and QuantLib-Ruby.
Next Thursday we will generate the files to be distributed. Before Thursday 
you might consider taking a look at the NEWS.TXT file and fix it when/if 
needed.
