[Quantlib-dev] VC9

OK I checked out and did a full build of QuantLib for the first time in a
long time today.

The testsuite built and passed with VC11

With VC9 I get

1>.\markovfunctional.cpp(1015) : error C2039: 'at' : is not a member of
'std::map<_Kty,_Ty>'
1>        with
1>        [
1>            _Kty=std::string,
1>            _Ty=boost::any
1>        ]

Are we still targeting VC9?
