Since 2011, Poland has a new state holiday: Epiphany on 6 January (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epiphany_%28holiday%29#Poland). QuantLib holiday calendar for Poland does not have it: http://quantlib.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/quantlib/trunk/QuantLib/ql/time/calendars/poland.cpp?revision=18354&view=markup
