Initial Comment:
When I try to compile the example function provided in the 2nd part of the PDF by Dimitri Reiswich on slide 92, I get the following error in my Visual Studio 2010  : 

error C2065: 'InterpolatedDiscountCurve' : undeclared identifier	

How do I get around this?
