I fixed "Disable Language Extensions" back to NO, disabled
optimization for Debug configurations, and removed most compilation
warnings. Could you check on the _trunk_ if everything is OK ?
examples included please.

Would you mind also reporting any compilation warning ?

Does this close the issue you posted on the bug tracker ?

BTW how do you create an Examples folder in the solution? I must be
dummy, but I couldn't find a way...
