Ok, I'll incorporate all suggestions and will upload the new version
tomorrow.
Luigi, I'm absolutely ok with converting to HTML and putting it on the QL
site.
Are you thinking about some automatic conversion, or to recode it in HTML?
I have everything in TEX, but am not really keen to convert it to HTML by
hand :)
