When clicking any page/link in QuantLibXL-docs-0.9.0.chm, it always hangs.

Tested on Windows XP Professonal.

I am looking for a fix to this problem. For now please try the following workaround:
1) Open the chm file
2) Click the Hide button at top left to close the left menu bar
3) Maximize the window
Hopefully you will find it is now possible to browse the chm file normally.

A fix for this problem has been applied to the trunk of the subversion source code repository for inclusion in the 0.9.5 release.
