There seems to be a problem with the shaders. On shader loads fine but the rest fail. Maybe the compilation failed or something. This is the relevant part of the log:

Apparently I forgot to checkout the glsl dir. It's so easy to miss when looking at the windows release package.
Either way your windows release package is broken. It doesn't contain the glsl directory and the gamex86xp.dll for rogue expansion.
win package aviable on moddb
and im not support native rogue exp pack
When googling for "download quake2xp" the first find is http://quake2xp.sourceforge.net. The FAQ in this page has 4 steps and those are incomplete. Also, the download page doesn't point to the moddb page but to the incomplete packages discussed above. My point is that if someone tries the official project page he will end up confused and he will give up.
I've built quake2xp for Linux and it created a game.so for rogue. You are saying that this is experimental or something? Haven't tested that one yet.
relight for rogue not created and work in compatibility mode only.
