Hi Rui,
With 0.5.12 the Control MIDI input port doesn't seem to work anymore, Qtractor doesn't respond to any incoming MIDI messages on that port. The Control output port works though. I'm not sure when this regression was introduced but when I test with 0.5.10 the Control MIDI input works fine.

you mean dedicated MIDI Control input is not working, right?
as the "Master" (ie. default, non-dedicated) MIDI control input is working as usual.
i'll look into that asap.

Yes, the dedicated MIDI Control input, the one you can enable in Options - MIDI - Dedicated MIDI control input/output.
hopefully fixed on svn trunk [r3751] aka. qtractor v0.5.12.18+
