Hi there,

I'm not sure whether this is a qtractor or a calf bug, but here's what I observe:

  1. Create a new MIDI track
  2. Add the Calf Fluidsynth plugin
  3. In the plugins's GUI, choose a soundfont file
  4. Close the plugin GUI
  5. Re-open the plugin GUI

Observed: The GUI says that the selected soundfont is "(None)" -- although the previously selected soundfont gets obviously used, as can be verified by playing some notes on the track.
Expected: The GUI displays the previously selected soundfont file's name

Cheers --

definitely a Calf Fluidsynth GUI issue, not quite a Qtractor's one: the SF2 is in fact correctly preserved across sessions; it is only the GUI that does not present or display the correct filename and always showing "(None)" all the time instead.

Ok, I'll file a corresponding bug with the Calf people.

Thanks for looking into this --
