Upon opening the Track menu, by double-clicking the track in the left pane of the main view, clicking in the Name: field, then pressing Cancel, Qtractor will display the "Some settings have been changed" confirmation prompt, even though no changes have been made.

Before pressing Cancel the OK prompt will remain greyed out (correct behaviour). However, if the user clicks anywhere in the menu after clicking in the Name: field as per the above (even in a non-interactive area of the menu) it will become active. Again, even though no change has been made the menu is behaving as if one has been.

FYI, the bug is similar to this issue from years ago.

please check again and try to detail the precise steps it takes to reproduce the issue.
assuming you're referring to Track/Track Properties... dialog (as for the "track menu").

  Yes, that's the menu. It happens 100% for me:
  
  start new session, no template
  
  create new track (MIDI or Audio)
  
  double-click in left panel of main view to open the track's Track window, or choose Track > Track Properties
  
  left-click in Name: field, but don't change anything
  
  click Cancel; prompt appears
  
  If it's not happening for you it must be something to do with my set-up?
