confirmed.

and it seems to affect the LV2 plugin only, the stand-alone doesn't seem
to suffer from this OUT'age :S gotta figure why...

those are of the LFO section thus are modulation amount parameters; the
OUTput section refers to fixed, non-modulated amount parameters.
