#17 It should be possible to manually align 16-bit RAW images

Qtpfsgui currently provides manual image alignment for LDR images only. Most (all?) RAW image formats provide more than 8 bits per channel, but when loaded as 16-bit per channel images, they cannot be manually aligned.
