In Ubuntu 10.10, on my macbook pro, I run with 9 desktop workpaces. As soon as I choose to tonemap a HDR, the new tonemap window opens on a workspace one to the right of the current one. This is really a minor issue, it just sort of threw me the first time, since I thought the program had semi-crashed.
I think the problem comes from how Luminance (and Qt) communicate with Gnome (and GTK). I'm not sure I can really do anything.
I'll let you know, Davide
Thanks for the update, Davide. This bug is not really a problem for me, just wanted to let you know. However, if you need any help with debugging on a system with the issue or anything, let me know. :)
On a sidenote, thanks for the speed ups on mantiuk06. :-D
