#229 Raw file reading works for Windows but not for Linux

Reading .RW2 files from a Panasonic TZ101 works on Windows but fails on Linux (Opensuse Leap 42.3 on 64bit).

It does not crash but reports

"HdrCreationManager::loadFilesDone(): Error loading a file."
in the GUI and

"LoadFile: Cannot load /home/ghh/canon/201901_nepal/P1010687.RW2: Error Processing RAW File"
in the console.

Otherwise the Linux version works very fine. Luminance-hdr version is 2.5.1.
Please let me know what more information you'd require.

It should have been fixed with LibRaw-0.19.2 release.
