#225 Crash on win 10 in MSVCR110.dll when having non-ascii-7 characters in filename

LuminanceHDR 2.4.0 x&4 build crashes on windows 10 in MSVCR110.dll when the source image filenames contain non-ascii7 characters.
Loading the source files is ok, aligning and calculating the hdr too, but when the rendering to the screen step comes, the program crashes.
Loading an .exr file is ok
