#220 Impossible to load image sequence

I just installed build 6e1120 on my XP 32-bit notebook ... started it ... clicked New HDR Image ... attempted to insert images ... first attempt 8 Canon .CR2 RAW files from my EOS M ... told me they were of different size (which is not true) ... restarted everything and tried with the according .JPEG images ... really strange things happened ... didn't matter if I added them one by one or all at once or only 2 or 3 at one time ... didn't matter if I used the + button or drag and drop ... WHAT HAPPENED: I got "some" entries to the list, but not the entries I expected ... my images are numbered 850 ... 858. So I add 850 ... OK (sometimes even that first image got labled 851 or 852 or so) ... then I give 851 ... and I get 3 entries 850, 850, 851 ... I delete one of the 850s and add 852 ... and I get 850, 851, 850, 851, 852 ... OK, so I delete the first two and add 853 ... but now I get 850, 851, 852, 850, 851, 852 ...no 853 :-( ... and really I tried any possible way that came to mind. What I mentioned above is just one small example, I tried 852, 854, 856 and got numbers I didn't even enter ... really messed up (sorry, I'm just telling what happened, no offense) ... in the middle of this trial and error I got the "different size" message from time to time but it's my impression that this is a strange way to say "out of memory" ... sometimes I see 2 GB vanishing for a single 18Mpixel image ... This PC is my everyday workhorse and frankly it never makes any trouble ...

As an addition ... I had a case where it stated that the JPEGs have no EXIFs which is wrong and later it didn't complain about the same JPEGs

... also it always left the right column of that table at +/-0 EV which would be wrong as the images had been taken with shutter times of 30s, 20s, 13s, 8s, 3, 1.5s, 1s, 0.6s ... night images obviously ;-) ...
