#218 [07e36e] mantiuk '06 Contrast Factor and Pre-gamma not saved to db

The Contrast Factor and Pre-gamma slider values are not saved to the database using "save current parameters". They are saved to the txt file though.

I fixed the entry from a sqlite shell. ContrastFactor is read correctly, but pre-gamma is not - see bug #195.
