#213 Tiff images generated by OpenCV gives error "TiffReader: Unsupported photometric type"

OpenCV Mat CV_16U images were written using imwrite("file.tiff", mat). Luminance HDR gives the error "TiffReader: Unsupported photometric type" when opening the file.

Attached is a test pattern image, with alternating light and dark lines.
