#211 LuminanceHDR does not read EXIF data from TIFF files

When reading TIFF-files with EXIF-Data (Exposure time, Aperture, ISO), the EV-Value is not read correctly. LuminanceHDR always shows an EV=0. With LuminanceHDR 2.3.1 this worked correctly.

When using the Batch Processor, this results in unusable HDR images, as here there is no possibility to enter EV-Values automatically. Hence, the Batch processor cannot be used in Luminance HDR 2.4.0.

The TIFF-files were created with RawTherapee.
