#207 Batch Tonemapping TIFF "ERROR: Cannot save to file"

I just tested this under both OS X 10.8.5 and Windows 7 64-bit (using the 64-bit builds of Luminance HDR 2.4.0).

Batch tonemapping .CR2 RAW files to output format "TIFF (16-bits)" results in "ERROR: Cannot save to file", though all preceding steps show up as successful in the console and progress continues to the next file - it just doesn't save.
