#199 Identical output when tonemapping with contrast mapping or equalization

Output of Manituk06 contrast mapping and contrast equalization are identical and only contrast mapping is outputted when contrast equaliztion is selected. Comparison for outputs (zipped Gimp 2.8.10 image)

Layer stack in Gimp image is

1. Mantiuk contrast mapping image as tonemapped with Luminance HDR 2.0.2
2. Mantiuk contrast equalization image as tonemapped with Luminance HDR 2.0.2
3. Mantiuk contrast mapping image as tonemapped with Luminance HDR 2.4.0
4. Mantiuk contrast equalization image as tonemapped with Luminance HDR 2.4.0

Images 1,3 and 4 are identical. Correct contrast equalization output is 2.

Zip file containing image outputs as jpg is included as attachment. Files starting with 240 are tonemapped with Luminance HDR 2.4.0 and files starting with 202 are tonemapped with Luminance HDR 2.0.2.
