#174 Crash when aligning images

Luminance HDR crashes when trying to align a set of images (Hugin's align_image_stack). I know that some can't be aligned (completely black), but that's something that happens a lot when making HDR probes.

It seems to be a problem when Hugins' alignment tool we use.

Assuming you are using windows, download

http://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin/files/hugin/hugin-2013.0/Hugin_2013.0.0_64bit_Windows.7z/download

and replace the installed align_image_stack.exe from Luminance with the newer version. At least in the dev-build of Luminance the alignment succeeded. Anyway, there should be a new release soon
