#163 command line interface crashes when tonemapping

Hi,

I am using ubuntu 12.10 and I recently upgraded to 2.3.1 in order to use the anti-ghosting. However now the cli crashes when tonemapping. The same files work smoothly with 2.3.0.

Luminance HDR 2.3.1
